VIP Cinema plan hearing put off; status conference set for April 3

Pittsburgh, March 25 – VIP Cinema Holdings, Inc.’s combined Chapter 11 plan confirmation and disclosure statement approval hearing has been adjourned to “a date to be determined” from March 26, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

A status conference has been scheduled for April 3.

VIP Cinema is a New Albany, Miss.-based cinema seating company. The company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 18 under Chapter 11 case number 20-10345.
