L-Bank offers new Canadian dollar-denominated three-year notes

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 17 – Landeskreditbank Baden-Wurttemberg-LBank Corp. is readying a new offering of Canadian dollar-denominated three-year notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be guaranteed by the German Federal State of Baden-Wuerttemberg.

BMO Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities are the bookrunners.

The financial services provider is based in Karlsruhe, Germany.
