L-Bank offers new three-year notes and tap of 2028 series

Chicago, Jan. 20 – Landeskreditbank Baden-Wurttemberg-LBank Corp. is readying a deal that will include new notes with a three-year tenor and a tap of the company’s 1.375% notes due in October 2028, according to a notice.

The new fixed-rate dollar-denominated notes will be due Jan. 27, 2025.

The add-on will be for at least $100 million.

J.P. Morgan AG, Barclays, BMO and Deutsche Bank are the bookrunners.

The notes will be listed in Luxembourg.

The financial services provider is based in Karlsruhe, Germany.
