L-Bank intends to sell notes due 2022 via JPMorgan, BMO

Knoxville, Tenn., March 20 – Landeskreditbank Baden-Wurttemberg-LBank Corp. plans to offer dollar-denominated notes due March 30, 2022, according to a market announcement.

The notes are guaranteed by the German federal state of Baden-Wuerttemberg.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the stabilization coordinator, and BMO is the stabilization manager.

The financial services provider is based in Karlsruhe, Germany.
