Broomfield, Colo., plans $50.43 million of revenue refunding bonds

New York, March 16 - The City of Broomfield, Colo., is set to price $50,425,000 of series 2012 water activity enterprise water revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The sale is expected on Tuesday.

The bonds (A1) will be sold competitively with RBC Capital Markets LLC as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due 2012 to 2022.

Proceeds will be used to refund the city's series 2000 and 2002 water revenue bonds.
