California Statewide considers refunding offering for Adventist Health

New York, July 27 – The California Statewide Communities Development Authority is contemplating a refunding bond offering for Adventist Health System/West, according to a notice from the authority.

The offering, if conducted, will refund the system’s series 2007B and 2009A revenue bonds, of which there is $147.5 million of principal outstanding.

Pricing of the sale is contingent upon market and other conditions.
