California Statewide evaluates Adventist Health refunding bond sale

New York, May 7 – The California Statewide Communities Development Authority is considering a refunding bond issue for Adventist Health System/West, said a notice from the authority Thursday.

The proposed deal would refund the authority’s $171.3 million of outstanding series 2005A health facility revenue bonds issued for the health system.

Pricing of the deal is dependent upon market conditions and other factors.
