Rochester Drug disclosure statement hearing rescheduled for Sept. 25

Pittsburgh, Sept. 10 – Rochester Drug Cooperative, Inc.’s disclosure statement approval hearing has been adjourned to Sept. 25, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.

The hearing was previously scheduled for Sept. 11.

The notice said the company requested the two-week adjournment in order to address concerns raised in objections filed with the court.

The company is a Rochester, N.Y.-based health care distributor. It filed bankruptcy on March 12 under Chapter 11 case number 20-20230.
