Brooklands redeems €140 million floaters from eight series on June 4

Minneapolis, June 5 - Brooklands Euro Referenced Linked Notes 2002-1 Ltd. redeemed €140 million of notes from eight series on June 4, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following securities are affected:

• €75 million of class A floating-rate notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0148886913);

• €16.7 million of class B1 floating-rate notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0148887481);

• €1.3 million of class B2 fixed-rate notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0148887721);

• €11 million of class E1 floating-rate notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS018888703);

• €1 million of class E2 fixed-rate notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0148889180);

• €30 million of class F fixed-rate notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0148889693);

• €2 million of class G1 combination notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0148948291); and

• €3 million of class G2 combination notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0148948705).

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee, UBS AG, London branch is the calculation agent, noteholder, repo counterparty and swap counterparty, and UBS Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd. is the administrator.
