New Issue: Kazakhstan Sustainability sells KZT 6 billion more 8˝% bonds due 2023

Los Angeles, July 2 – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund placed KZT 6 billion of additional 8˝% bonds due 2023 at a special trading session held on June 26, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange notice.
The bonds were sold at a weighted average “clean” price of 93.839, corresponding to a weighted average yield of 11.2533%.
The amount sold represents 120% of the company’s planned placement of KZT 5 billion of bonds.
The Almaty, Kazakhstan-based lender had registered to issue up to KZT 100 billion of the 8˝% three-year bonds and previously issued KZT 57,628,250,000 of the bonds.
