Several former THL Credit CLO issuers announce name changes

Olympia, Wash., April 17 – The names of several THL Credit CLO issuers have been changed following the changed of their investment manager’s name, according to separate notices from the issuers.

THL Credit Wind River 2012-1 CLO, Ltd./THL Credit Wind River 2012-1 CLO, LLC was changed to Wind River 2012-1 CLO Ltd./Wind River 2012-1 CLO LLC.

THL Credit Wind River 2013-2 CLO, Ltd./THL Credit Wind River 2013-2 CLO, LLC was changed to Wind River 2013-2 CLO Ltd./Wind River 2013-2 CLO LLC.

THL Credit Wind River 2014-1 CLO, Ltd./THL Credit Wind River 2014-1 CLO, LLC was changed to Wind River 2014-1 CLO Ltd./Wind River 2014-1 CLO LLC.

THL Credit Wind River 2015-1 CLO, Ltd./THL Credit Wind River 2015-1 CLO, LLC was changed to Wind River 2015-1 CLO Ltd./Wind River 2015-1 CLO LLC.
