Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 19 – Willis Lease Finance Corp. subsidiary Willis Engine Structured Trust II priced $366.2 million of notes in three tranches through a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering on Wednesday, according to a press release.
The company sold $303 million of 3.228% series A notes.
There was $42.1 million of 4.212% series B notes.
Willis priced $21.1 million of 6.657% series C notes.
All three tranches will have an expected maturity of eight years and a final maturity of 25 years.
Willis Lease Finance is a Novato, Calif.-based lessor of commercial jet engines.
