New Issue: Singapore’s Vena Energy sells $325 million 3.133% notes due 2025

Los Angeles, Feb. 26 – Vena Energy Capital Pte. Ltd. issued $325 million of 3.133% notes due 2025 on Wednesday, according to a notice.

Credit Agricole CIB, Singapore Branch, DBS Bank Ltd., ING Bank NV, Singapore Branch, MUFG Securities Asia Ltd. Singapore Branch, ABN Amro Bank NV, Banca IMI SpA, BNP Paribas and SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Ltd. are the bookrunners.

Vena is a renewable energy developer for the Asia-Pacific region. The company is based in Singapore.
