New Issue: Hong Kong’s CSSC Shipping issues RMB 1 billion 3.3% three-year notes

Buffalo, N.Y., March 7 – CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Co. Ltd. issued RMB 1 billion of 3.3% medium-term notes with a three-year tenor (Dagong Global: AAA) on Monday, according to an announcement Tuesday.

The offering is sustainability-linked and marks the company’s first issue of medium-term notes in 2023.

The bonds were publicly issued on China’s inter-bank bond market.

The ship leasing company is based in Hong Kong.
