Nova Ljubljanska starts fixed-income meetings for subordinated notes

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 16 – Slovenia’s Nova Ljubljanska Banca, dd (BBB) will hold a series of investor meetings for a potential €300 million issue of tier 2 subordinated notes with a 10-year tenor (BB), according to a notice and information from a market source.

Calls started Monday.

The 10-year notes will be callable in five years.

BNP Paribas, BofA Securities Europe SA, Morgan Stanley Europe SE and UniCredit Bank GmbH have been appointed as joint lead managers to organize the meetings.

The issue size is not expected to grow.

They will be offered to professional investors outside the United States in Regulation S format.

The lender is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
