New Issue: Mega sells $150 million add-on to 8¼% senior notes due 2025

Chicago, March 26 – Operadora de Servicios Mega, SA de CV sold a $150 million add-on to its 8¼% notes due 2025 (Ba2), according to multiple press releases.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S offering was conducted as an add-on to the $350 million of notes sold in February 2020.

Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC worked as underwriters on the issue.

Proceeds are being used for general corporate purposes.

The issuer is a Mexican specialty finance company with headquarters in Guadalajara.
