Lucky’s Market wins court OK to sell Michigan, Colorado stores

Pittsburgh, April 9 – Lucky’s Market Parent Co., LLC received court approval to sell two lots of stores, according to orders filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Oryana Food Cooperative, Inc. will purchase six of Lucky’s stores, including a store in Traverse, Mich., for $860,000.
In addition, LM Acquisition Co., LLC will buy stores in Boulder, Colo., and Fort Collins, Colo., for $1.01 million.
Lucky’s is a Niwot, Colo.-based supermarket operator. The company filed bankruptcy on Jan. 27 under Chapter 11 case number 20-10166.
