Wellfleet CLO 2017-2 directed to redeem class A-1, A-2 notes March 10

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 26 – Wellfleet CLO 2017-2, Ltd./Wellfleet CLO 2017-2, LLC received direction from holders of a majority of its subordinated notes to refinance two classes of its notes on March 10, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $356,231,942.21 for the class A-1 notes (Cusips: G9530GAA5, 94951MAA1); and

• $63,557,267.39 for the class A-2 notes (Cusips: G9530GAB3, 94951MAC7).

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
