Howmet Aerospace plans early redemption of 5 1/8% notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 27 – Howmet Aerospace, Inc. will redeem $150 million of its 5 1/8% notes due 2024 (Cusip: 013817AW1) early, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

The redemption is scheduled for March 29 at a make-whole premium of Treasuries plus 40 basis points plus accrued interest.

The redemption, expected to total $154 million, will be funded with cash on hand.

As of Feb. 27, $1,055,273,000 of the notes are outstanding.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
