Buffalo, N.Y., June 20 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $10 million of floating-rate notes due June 20, 2030 linked to SOFR, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be equal to SOFR plus 160 basis points. Interest will be payable quarterly and cannot be less than 0.1%.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Morgan Stanley guarantees the notes.
