Columbus, Ohio, June 6 – GS Finance Corp. priced $52 million of floating-rate notes due July 3, 2023 linked to SOFR, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The interest rate is compounded SOFR plus 68 basis points with a floor of 0.1%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par plus accrued and unpaid interest.
