New Issue: JPMorgan prices $50 million floating-rate notes due 2023 linked to SOFR

Columbus, Ohio, April 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $50 million of floating-rate notes due April 26, 2023 linked to SOFR, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is equal to SOFR plus 62.5 basis points. Interest is payable quarterly and cannot be less than 1.5%.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any interest.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
