Arena to redeem €315 million 2 7/8% notes due 2024 on Feb. 1

New York, Jan. 22 – Arena Luxembourg Finance Sarl, a financing arm of Arena Luxembourg Investments Sarl, has elected to redeem the issuer’s remaining €315 million principal amount of 2 7/8% senior secured notes due 2024 (Rule 144A ISIN: XS1577950238; Regulation S ISIN: XS1577948174) on Feb. 1.
Holders of the notes as of Jan. 15 will be paid 100% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest of €2,289,218.75.
The announcement follows news that the issuer is redeeming €35 million of the outstanding 2 7/8% notes at 103% of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest of €251,562.50 on Jan. 31.
