S&P assigns Adams Homes notes B+

S&P said it assigned a B+ rating with a 2 recovery rating to Adams Homes Inc.’s planned $225 million offering of senior secured notes due 2025.

S&P also assigned a B rating to the company.

The outlook is stable. “The outlook is stable, reflecting our expectation for leverage of less than 3.5x over the next year, as new home sales in the company's southeastern U.S. markets outpace flat sales nationwide,” said S&P in a press release.
