PSE&G to price secured series P notes due December 2032

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 30 – Public Service Electric and Gas Co. plans to sell secured medium-term notes, series P, due Dec. 15, 2032, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call until Sept. 15, 2032 and then a par call three months prior to maturity.

AmeriVet Securities Inc., BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., TD Securities (USA) LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. are the bookrunners.

The company expects to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

PSE&G is a gas and electric utility is based in Newark, N.J.
