Silicon Hills Campus files Chapter 11 bankruptcy

Pittsburgh, Jan. 8 – Silicon Hills Campus, LLC filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas.

According to court documents, Silicon Hills has $100 million to $500 million in assets and $50 million to $100 million in debt.

The company did not list any unsecured creditors with claims of $1 million or more.

No other information on the case had been filed as of Wednesday morning.

Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP is representing Silicon Hills in its Chapter 11 case.

Silicon Hills is an Austin, Tex.-based real estate manager and developer. The Chapter 11 case number is 20-10042.
