XS Ranch Fund VI’s bankruptcy case transferred to California court

Pittsburgh, Jan. 24 – XS Ranch Fund VI, LP’s Chapter 11 case has been transferred to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, according to an order filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas.

The venue transfer was requested by XS Ranch Fund VI, Crestline Direct Finance LP and Steiner & Sons, Ltd. A previous Chapter 11 case was filed in the Northern California court in 2016. That case was later converted to Chapter 7.

Bastrop, Tex.-based XS Ranch Fund VI is a real estate development company. The fund filed bankruptcy on Jan. 6 in the Texas court under Chapter 11 case number 20-10032.
