SFL to redeem 1.875% notes due 2021 on Aug. 26

Concord, N.H., July 12 – SFL Corp. Ltd. announced it is planning to redeem early its 1.875% notes due Nov. 26, 2021 (ISIN: FR0012346856) on Aug. 26, according to a company news release.

The total principal amount of notes being redeemed is €249,700,000, and accrued interest for all the outstanding notes will be €3,501,792.80.

The issuer originally sold €500 million of the notes on Nov. 24, 2014.

BNP Paribas Securities Services is the fiscal agent and paying agent.
