Sunnova Energy amends to bump up commitments on credit facility

Chicago, Sept. 8 – A Sunnova Energy International Inc. wholly owned subsidiary entered into a seventh amendment to its credit agreement from March 29, 2021 to increase commitments and the maximum facility amount, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Sept. 6 amendment increases the aggregate commitments to $564.7 million from $460.7 million and increases the maximum facility amount to $639.7 million from $600 million.

The amendment also extends the facility maturity date an additional year, to November 2024.

Also, SOFR has replaced Libor as a benchmark.

Credit Suisse AG, New York Branch is the administrative agent.

Sunnova is a Houston-based solar energy company.
