Prospect News reports 11 new defaults for week of June 11 to June 17

Pittsburgh, June 19 – Prospect News reported 11 new defaults for the week of June 11 through June 17.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Chisholm Oil and Gas Operating, LLC, Murray Boiler LLC, Metal Partners Rebar, LLC, Proteus Digital Health, Inc., 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide Inc., Pyxus International, Inc., Extraction Oil & Gas Inc. and Skillsoft Corp., Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings made by Interactive Health Solutions, Inc. and Garden Fresh Restaurants, LLC and a missed interest payment on Emerald Italy 2019 srl’s mortgage-backed notes due 2030.

In addition, Prospect News reported a missed interest payment on EA Partners I BV’s 6¾% notes due 2021. However, the company previously defaulted in connection with two other missed interest payments.

So far in 2020, Prospect News has reported 149 defaults, including 104 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 21 missed interest payments, six missed principal payments, four each of CCAA filings and missed payments, three Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, two each of Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings and missed principal and interest payments and one each of administrations, conciliations and Danish Section 11b filings.

The eight companies that filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy this week listed a total of $5.22 billion of assets and $4.761 billion in debt. The two companies that made Chapter 7 filings listed a total of $150 million in both assets and debt.
