China’s Yincheng proposes issue of dollar-denominated senior notes

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 28 – Yincheng International Holding Co., Ltd. announced that it is planning an issue of dollar-denominated senior notes, according to an announcement.

Guotai Junan International and Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd. are joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

Joining as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S issue are Central Wealth Securities Investment Ltd., CMBC Capital, ICBC International, Admiralty Harbour, China International Capital Corp., CRIC Securities, China Citic Bank International and Vision Capital International Holdings Ltd.

The offering is subject to market conditions and investor interest.

The Nanjing, China-based company offers development and sale of residential and commercial properties, leasing of investment properties, and other real estate services.
