Chicago, June 18 – Yincheng International Holding Co., Ltd. sold $140 million of 12% senior notes due 2021 at 98.644 on Thursday, according to a notice.
BOCI Asia Ltd., Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., TF Securities and Futures Ltd. and Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd. are joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
Joining as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S issue are Central Wealth Securities Investment Ltd., Orient Securities (Hong Kong), CRIC Securities Co. Ltd., Vision Capital International Holdings Ltd. and Silk Road International Capital Ltd.
Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.
The Nanjing, China-based company offers development and sale of residential and commercial properties, leasing of investment properties, and other real estate services.
