China’s Yincheng proposes issue of senior notes

Chicago, June 16 – Yincheng International Holding Co., Ltd. announced that it is planning an issue of dollar-denominated senior notes, according to an announcement.

BOCI Asia Ltd., Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., TF Securities and Futures Ltd. and Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd. are joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

Joining as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S issue are Central Wealth Securities Investment Ltd., CRIC Securities Co. Ltd., Vision Capital International Holdings Ltd. and Silk Road International Capital Ltd.

The Nanjing, China-based company offers development and sale of residential and commercial properties, leasing of investment properties, and other real estate services.
