Buffalo, N.Y., March 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $7.56 million of 0% market-linked notes due April 28, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 5% USD Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.13 times any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
