New Issue: China Development Bank sells RMB 2.5 billion 2.65% notes due 2024

Los Angeles, June 18 – China Development Bank Hong Kong Branch priced RMB 2.5 billion of 2.65% notes due 2024 (A1), according to a notice.

Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Bank of China, Bank of Communications China, Citic Bank International, China Construction Bank (Asia), China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, ICBC (Asia), Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Mizuho Securities, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners.

The Regulation S notes will be issued under the bank’s $30 billion debt issuance program.

China Development Bank is based in Beijing.
