Grenke plans to offer benchmark euro-denominated perpetual notes

Los Angeles, Nov. 26 – Grenke AG is planning a euro-denominated benchmark offering perpetual notes, according to a regulatory filing.

The notes will be non-callable for six years.

HSBC and Deutsche Bank are the managers.

Grenke is a business bank based in Baden-Baden, Germany.
