Imperial Frozen Foods files Chapter 7 bankruptcy in North Carolina

Pittsburgh, Nov. 25 – Imperial Frozen Foods Op Co, LLC made a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Gregory B. Crampton of Nicholls & Crampton, PA is serving as Chapter 7 trustee.

A meeting of creditors is scheduled for Dec. 30.

According to court documents, Imperial has $10 million to $50 million in assets and $50 million to $100 million in debt.

Smith Anderson, LLP is representing the company in its Chapter 7 proceedings.

Imperial is a Wake Forest, N.C.-based frozen food and vegetable supplier. The Chapter 7 case number is 19-05419.
