By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., May 12 – Old LC, Inc., formerly Loot Crate, Inc., had its official committee of unsecured creditors amended, according to a Thursday notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara said that Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. and Brian Laibow were removed from the committee on Feb. 28 and March 23, respectively.

Also, Worldpay, LLC was removed from the committee, as its claims were settled.

The committee now consists of four members: Oliver Landry for Something Inked, based in Nashville, Tenn., Robert Larson for R.R. Donnelley, based in Warrenville, Ill., Kyle Fitzpatrick for K&S Specialty Products, based in Stevenson Ranch, Calif., and Rajnish Arora for Just Funky, LLC, based in Richfield, Ohio.

Los Angeles-based Loot Crate sells pop culture subscription boxes. The company filed bankruptcy on Aug. 11, 2019 under Chapter 11 case number 19-11791.
