Chicago, Feb. 24 – Diameter Capital Partners LP added an extra class of notes for $25.6 million to the collateralized debt obligation issued by Diameter Credit Funding 2019-II, Ltd., according to a press release.
The notes will mature on Jan. 25, 2038.
The new class of notes consists of $25.6 million of class E 7.58% junior secured deferrable fixed-rate notes.
Diameter Capital Partners LP will manage the collateral through the end of the reinvestment period.
The non-call period has been extended.
Diameter also reduced the coupons on the class B notes, the class C notes and the class D notes.
No changes were made to the class A notes and the subordinated notes.
Natixis Securities Americas LLC was the placement agent.
