Mediobanca holders OK extension of €400 million floating-rate notes

Olympia, Wash., April 9 – Mediobanca International (Luxembourg) SA said it received approval from holders to amend terms of its €400 million floating-rate notes (ISIN: XS1888187736), according to a notice.

The amendments, which will take effect on April 10, include an extension of the maturity date to Dec. 20, 2023 from Oct. 30, 2023.

The notes are guaranteed by Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario SpA and were originally issued under the company’s €40 billion euro medium-term note program.

The issuer focuses on structured lending transactions and the related activities of buying and selling on the secondary market in Luxembourg.
