Prospect News reports 10 new defaults for March 28-April 3

Olympia, Wash., April 5 – Prospect News reported 10 new defaults for March 28 through April 3.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 filings by Supor Properties Enterprises LLC, Casa Systems, Inc., View, Inc., Shoes for Crews, LLC, Acorda Therapeutics, Inc., the Diocese of Sacramento, Eiger BioPharmaceuticals, Inc., WOM SA and Airspan Networks Holdings Inc., and a missed principal and interest payment by CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd.

So far in 2024, Prospect News has reported 55 total defaults, including 37 Chapter 11 filings, seven missed principal and interest payments, two each of liquidations, Chapter 15 filings, missed principal payments and Chapter 7 filings, and one each of CCAA filings, missed interest payments and administrations.

The companies that filed Chapter 11 during the week reported at least $1.7 billion in assets and at least $2.43 billion in liabilities collectively.
