Slovenia’s Nova Ljubljanska Banca to offer euro 10-year notes

New York, Nov. 12 – Slovenia’s Nova Ljubljanska Banca plans to price a euro-denominated offering of 10-year notes, according to a regulatory release on Tuesday.
The notes represent tier 2 capital and are non-callable for five years.
UBS Investment Bank is the stabilizing manager of the deal, which has an over-allotment option of up to 5%.
The lender is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
