Concord, N.H., Sept. 3 – Heimstaden AB priced €400 million of 4 3/8% senior bonds due in 5.5 years to yield 4˝%, according to a company notice on Friday.
The bonds were sold under the company’s medium-term note program.
J.P. Morgan and Swedbank were the joint bookrunners of the bonds, which are expected to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Heimstaden is a real estate company based in Malmo, Sweden.
