Heimstaden plans to price euro-denominated five-year notes

New York, Feb. 26 – Heimstaden AB plans to price euro-denominated senior notes due 2026, according to a stabilization notice.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Arctic Securities AS, filial I Sverige and Swedbank AB are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

Heimstaden is a real estate company based in Malmo, Sweden.
