Los Angeles, Jan. 30 – Inter-American Development Bank issued Rp 420 billion of additional 7 7/8% notes due March 14, 2023 on Jan. 29, according to a notice.
The series 553, tranche 17 notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the existing 16 tranches of 7 7/8% notes due 2023 issued between March 14, 2016 and Dec. 6, 2019.
The latest add-on was priced at 106.949084 plus 321 days’ accrued interest.
J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the dealer.
The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
