Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 9 – Inter-American Development Bank issued Rp 1.05 trillion of additional 7 7/8% notes due March 14, 2023 on Dec. 3, according to a notice.
The series 553, tranche 16 notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the existing 15 tranches of 7 7/8% notes due 2023 issued between March 14, 2016 and Nov. 22, 2019.
The latest add-on was priced at 105.406753 plus 267 days’ accrued interest.
Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the dealer.
The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
