Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 25 – Inter-American Development Bank issued Rp 406.95 billion of additional 7 7/8% notes due March 14, 2023 on Monday, according to a notice.
The series 553, tranche 15 notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the existing 14 tranches of 7 7/8% notes due 2023 issued between March 14, 2016 and June 10, 2019.
The latest add-on was priced at 104.674 plus 253 days’ accrued interest.
Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the dealer.
The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
