New Issue: IADB prices Rs. 8.5 billion of 7.05% dollar-settled notes due 2029

Los Angeles, April 9 – Inter-American Development Bank priced Rs. 8.5 billion of 7.05% notes due April 8, 2029 at par, according to a pricing supplement.

The issue price will be payable in dollars, totaling $101,869,606.90 at the agreed rate of Rs. 83.44 per $1.00.

The notes are non-callable and are not putable.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the dealer for the non-syndicated offering.

The notes will be listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
