New Issue: IADB adds Rs. 5 billion of 7% notes due 2029

Chicago, March 6 – Inter-American Development Bank issued a first add-on offering of Rs. 5 billion to the 7% notes due Jan. 25, 2029 that were first issued on Jan. 25 in the amount of Rs. 10 billion, according to a pricing supplement.

The add-on priced at 99.73, plus 40 days’ accrued interest.

The notes are non-callable.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. was the dealer.

The redemption amount will be paid in U.S. dollars.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
