New Issue: IADB prices Rs. 10 billion of 7% dollar-settled notes due 2029 at par

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 29 – Inter-American Development Bank priced Rs. 10 billion of 7% notes due Jan. 25, 2029 at par, according to a market source and a press release.

The issue price will be payable in dollars, totaling $120,452,902.91 at the agreed rate of Rs. 83.02 per $1.00.

The notes are non-callable.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. is the dealer.

The notes will be listed in London.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
